BRRRUUUUCCE

A daily routine in our home...Watching Bruce Springsteen in concert. One of Kev's favorite bands, Colin has become a huge fan! Everyday he'll stand at the t.v. and whine until we turn on the concert. It's special Dada and Colin time....It's really cute!

"Come on Dada. Turn on Bruce!"

"I love listening to Bruce!"

"And signing and dancing with Dada!"

"And when Dada gets tired, I sit and watch even more Bruce!"

The Tradition Continues...

I'm big on traditions and the holidays are full of them. Love, love, love going to Oak Glen every fall. Third year in a row. Our group has grown from six adults and one baby (Gourleys, Merkeys, and us) to six adults and four babies. Next fall, we'll be evened up...six adults and six babies. Picnics in the park, pumpkins, lots of dirt, and apple sampling. Each year is better than the last! This first picture is my newest favorite.

Labor Day @ the Beach

We love the beach and were lucky enough to soak up some sunshine up in Santa Barbara over Labor Day. Baby boy loved the sand and visiting with his best friend Caden and cousin Avery. All the babies are walking and were finally old enough to really "discover" one another! It was our best visit yet!

Sauce Me

Colin discovered spaghetti. I think he enjoyed it and even ended up eating a bit.

He truly is the MESSIEST eater!

Splash Park

The splash park was awesome...Only minutes from our house and a great way to cool down on a hot summer day. Colin wasn't too sure about the water...he just wanted to climb up and down the stairs. Go figure?!? We'll try again next year.

Happy Birthday Kevin!

For Kevin's birthday, we headed out to Orange County for the fair. He has fond memories of attending the fair as a kid and wanted to share it with Colin. There wasn't much Colin could do this year, but he did enjoy seeing all the animals. And they enjoyed eating his hair! Watch out for the goats. They really will eat anything!
